Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for Sunday PRO. It should be read together with the Sunday Terms of Service.

1. Monthly Sunday PRO

Monthly Sunday PRO is a recurring subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews each billing period using the payment method on file.

2. Cancelling a monthly subscription

You may cancel a monthly subscription through Your Sunday account → Manage billing. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain PRO access through that paid-through date and will not be charged for a new billing period after cancellation becomes effective.

3. Sunday PRO Season Pass

A Sunday PRO Season Pass is a one-time purchase for the access period shown at checkout. It does not automatically renew as a monthly subscription. Season-pass pricing may decrease as the fantasy season progresses, and a later lower price does not automatically create a refund or credit for an earlier purchase.

4. Failed payments and grace period

If a monthly renewal payment fails, Sunday may temporarily keep PRO access active for up to seven days while the payment issue is resolved. During this period, you may be asked to update your payment method. Successful payment restores the subscription to normal active status. If payment remains unresolved and the subscription ends, PRO access may be removed.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed subscription charges and Season Pass purchases are non-refundable after access has been provided. If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced another billing problem, contact Sunday promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

6. Taxes

Displayed prices may exclude applicable sales tax or similar taxes. The final amount charged may therefore be higher than the advertised base price when tax is required.

7. Billing portal

Sunday uses Stripe's hosted customer portal for certain billing functions, including payment-method updates, invoices, and subscription cancellation. Actions taken there affect your Sunday subscription. Stripe explains that merchants remain responsible for their own goods, services, refunds, and cancellation terms.

8. Changes to paid plans

We may change pricing or plan structure prospectively. Changes to recurring pricing will be communicated as required by applicable law before they take effect for an existing subscription.
