Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sunday, including sundayff.pro, Sunday PRO, and related features and services. By creating an account, purchasing Sunday PRO, or using Sunday, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase Sunday PRO. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

2. What Sunday provides

Sunday is a fantasy-football information and decision-support product. It may combine league information, player data, projections, market information, and other third-party data to help you understand your fantasy teams and leagues.

3. No guarantee of fantasy results

Fantasy football involves uncertainty. Projections, recommendations, rankings, scores, alerts, and other outputs are informational only and are not guarantees of player performance, league results, winnings, or outcomes.

4. Third-party services and data

Sunday may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, statistics providers, payment processors, and other services. Those services may change, become unavailable, or provide incomplete or delayed information. Sunday is not responsible for the independent acts, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.

5. Payments and Sunday PRO

Paid Sunday PRO plans may include recurring monthly subscriptions and one-time season access. Prices, taxes, renewal dates, and access periods are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Sunday to violate law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service at scale, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where legally permitted, or use Sunday in a way that harms other users or the service.

7. Intellectual property

Sunday's software, visual design, branding, original content, and product features are owned by or licensed to Dorfman Intelligence Group LLC. Third-party names, trademarks, league marks, team marks, player names, and data remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, or portions of Sunday. When changes materially affect a paid plan, we will provide notice when reasonably required.

9. Disclaimer

Sunday is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorfman Intelligence Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sunday. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Sunday during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Sunday at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, material violation of these Terms, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
